Barry Knight
Barry has been in the Construction Industry for 35 years and is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor. He acts as a Commercial Director and controls finance and project profitability requirements. Barry helps co-ordinate activities and design projects to ensure goals and objectives are achieved on time and on budget. He is also the Director responsible for Health and Safety within the company.
Paul Johnson
With over 35 years of experience, Paul takes a hands on approach visiting sites weekly. His background as a ceiling fixer, means that he gives hands on solutions to practical problems on site, which strengthens his position as Construction Director. Paul directs and co-ordinates all construction related activities and his knowledge and awareness of the industry and the company’s activities make him a vital member of the team.
Dan Rees
Dan is responsible for the Commercial Team, providing prompt project costings and regular cost updates to the main contractor on each individual project. Involvement in any Value Engineering processes, as well as suggesting areas where cost savings could be made by utilising design changes effectively. Further duties involve controlling and co-ordinating the procurement and delivery of materials to sites to meet the programmes. Recent projects include Deloitte, Senator House, International Quarter S6 and KCL Bush House.
Adam Donkin
Adam is responsible for the commercial aspects of a project costings and providing regular cost updates to the main contractor on each individual project. Involvement in any Value Engineering processes, as well as suggesting areas where cost savings could be made by utilising design changes effectively. Further duties involve controlling and co-ordinating the procurement and delivery of materials to sites to meet the programmes. Recent projects include, Schroders,Project X @ EY, ITV Waterhouse Square and No1 Lyric Square.
Carrie Townsend
Carrie is responsible for controlling project costs and providing regular cost updates to the main contractor as well as controlling and co-ordinating the procurement and delivery of materials to site to meet the programme. Recent projects include Kingston University, Deloitte, AECOM and Falcon Group.
Chris Darling
Chris has recently joined the team having worked for other large suspended ceiling and drylining companies. He is responsible for the commercial aspects of a project costings and provides regular cost updates to the main contractor on each individual project. Involvement in any Value Engineering processes, as well as suggesting areas where cost savings could be made by utilising design changes effectively. Further duties involve controlling and co-ordinating the procurement and delivery of materials to sites to meet the programmes.
Nayeb Choudhury
Nayeb is an upcoming Quantity Surveyor currently responsible for assisting his colleagues and managing his own various projects in regards to providing monthly cost updates to the main contractor and managing numerous aspects of the financial side of construction projects. Recent projects include, RBS 250 and RBS Coutts.

Sam is responsible for the Pre-Construction Team, providing detailed and comprehensive tender submissions along with Value Engineering options to help achieve budgets. Recent projects include Brighton Sports college, Royal Bank of Canada and Jane Street.
Grant Nash
Grant is responsible for providing detailed and comprehensive tender submissions along with Value Engineering options to help achieve budgets. Recent projects include Bryan Cave, Leighton Paisner, City of London University and Coutts Bank.
Petre Zaharia
As a Procurement Analyst, Petre plays a key role in the supply chain management process for the company. He has a vast experience in procurement and is currently leading the purchasing department.
Marie Kemp
Marie is a results driven professional with 20 years of experience in all aspects of Customer Service, Sales, Office Management, Administration and Team Leadership. She joined the BPC Team to manage the London office as well as looking after the I.T Solutions, H.R department, Marketing and Finance.
Lavinia Zaharia
Lavinia is responsible for the day to day activities in the accounts department, recording financial transactions and handling the general ledger. Her key responsibilities are payments, accounts receivable/payable, bank & cashbook reconciliations, CIS & VAT returns, invoicing & expenses.
Claudia Tomei
Claudia is responsible for the day to day administration duties, supporting the accounts department and our site administration staff. This includes collating the purchase orders, invoices & delivery notes for all our current projects.

Sophie is responsible for ensuring safety and environmental compliance across all sites. Facilitating a best practise culture throughout the business as well maintaining all accreditation’s achieved by the business. She has had a long and successful career in Health & Safety starting in Australia, moving on to New Zealand and then coming to the UK.
