Following the successful transition to an Employees Owners Trust in July 2024 we are excited to confirm the next phase of the succession planning.

With effect as of the 1^st January 2026 the following personnel changes will occur.

Paul Johnson – Chief Executive Officer

Thomas Knight – Managing Director

Dan Rees – Commercial Director

Stuart Dowling – Operations Director

Sam Reeve – Head of Pre Construction

Sultan Ahmed – Head of Design

Adam Donkin – Head of Commercial
