On 12th May, we were delighted to welcome Ryley Corbyn from Aylesbury Vale Academy as he joined us for a week’s work experience.
Ryley (15) is the son of one of our surveyors, Charlie Corbyn, and he is currently studying for his GCSEs. He has a particularly keen interest in Design & Technology.
While he was with us, Ryley spent time with every department at BPC Interiors, getting excellent insights into our work and our ethos of excellence. He also enjoyed making site visits with our Health & Safety team.
Looking back on a successful and fulfilling week that broadened his horizons, Ryley said: “I really enjoyed my time at BPC as I got to go out and experience new opportunities. I also met new people and expanded my knowledge of construction and the working environment.”
Ryley is now actively considering a career in construction after he has completed his studies. It was a delight to have him around for the week and we all wish him the very best with his future career.
